General Terms & Conditions: Our aim is to be prompt with orders and send out on same working day when possible. On rare occasions some orders may take a little longer – we will notify you of any shipping delay beyond 2 working days. All items shown should be in stock although on occasion there may be an error at time of ordering we will contact you straight away with option of full instant refund or replacement. Any products found to be faulty will be subject to replacement item on receipt of faulty goods. Faulty items must be notified of and returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt.
Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts passwords and account information and are solely responsible for access and use of this site. Please notify us immediately of any un-authorized use of your account.
Payments: We currently accept Paypal (No account required) and bank transfer as our 2 main methods of payment. If you have any other requirements, or wish to collect your order in person please contact us.
Ordering: Please use the search bar and genre / style drop down options from the main menu to start browsing our stock. You can choose how you view your results with filters at the top of your results (Latest additions, Artist order, Price order etc). There is also option to view only items in stock, or to show out of stock items also. Items added to cart will remain in your cart providing they are still in stock next time you visit the site. All prices exclude delivery which is added upon checkout. VAT is not applicable.
Media: Samples are available on many items, just click the track to play. Otherwise the site links with youtube and playlists are often embedded for your listening pleasure. Youtube tracks and playlists may not always match the tracklisting of the product you are viewing. If you are unsure please get in touch. We can usually supply samples for any product that doesn’t have them, just ask.
